The firm has a relatively flat management structure, which enables all staff to be in close contact with decision makers. It is our belief that this empowers everyone to contribute to his or her maximum potential and to have that contribution recognised.

Personal achievement and loyalty is rewarded by increasing levels of responsibility and appropriate financial incentives.
Bonuses are paid annually to all staff, and senior personnel are entitled to membership of the firm's profit-share scheme.
