In order to maintain our position at the leading edge of our field, each year we aim to recruit some of the very best science and engineering graduates. Those from non-cognate courses will be supported in undertaking appropriate post graduate study, whilst all will enroll in our CIBSE Accredited Graduate Training Programme which we expect will lead to registration with the Engineering Council of Great Britain and Chartered Engineer Status. In addition, you will enjoy a working environment, which we believe is one of the most challenging and stimulating in the construction industry.

Please note that whereas we are pleased to receive applications from high calibre graduates at any time of the year, our next graduate assessment days will be held in April 2008 and we should therefore receive your application not later than 31 March 2008.

Applicants short-listed for assessment will be notified by early April 2008 and successful candidates should receive offers of employment by the end of April 2008.

For 2008 Graduates we anticipate a start date of 1 September 2008.
