ROGER
PRESTON & PARTNERS currently has a vacancy
for an ambitious and dynamic building services environmental
engineer to take up a senior position in the Company
and play a leading role in developing and expanding
this exciting and increasingly important area of the
business.
The Company
provides cutting edge sustainable
solutions for major projects worldwide in both the public
and private sectors. Its Environmental Division provides
the necessary skills to support the design teams achieve
this success including:
BREEAM and EcoHomes
Dynamic Thermal
Modeling
Computational
Fluid Dynamics
Part L and EPC
Assessments
Carbon Indexing
Energy and Water
Strategies
Renewable Energy
and CHP Feasibility
The Successful Candidate will be a
graduate Chartered Engineer with an
excellent academic record and a minimum of 8 years post-graduate
experience, with 4 years in the field of sustainable
environmental design. A Registration as a Low Carbon
Consultant being an advantage.
In addition to having excellent design, authorship and
presentation skills, applicants must be able to show
a track record of successfully working as part of a
multi-disciplinary team as well as having the potential
to win and deliver projects direct with individual clients.
The role reports
directly to the Group Director, however the successful
candidate will also work the other Directors and their
design teams, as well as working direct to clients.
The Reward is a substantial package
commensurate with this senior position which will include
participation in the Company profit share scheme, life
assurance, health care insurance and non-contributory
pension scheme. The position is based at our modern
Maidenhead offices but a willingness to undertake some
UK and overseas travel is essential.
