30 June 2010	SQUARE DEAL FOR HELICAL BAR AND ROGER PRESTON & PARTNERS – 1 MITRE SQUARE Helical Bar have recently agreed the purchase of 1 Mitre Square in the City of London. A planning application has been submitted for a 270,000sq ft (NIA) high quality office development designed by architect Sheppard Robson.
