The 26,000m2 mixed use building comprises seven floors of world class corporate office space, including newsrooms and data equipment rooms.

Best Corporate Workplace

Roger Preston & Partners worked with the client Guardian News & Media Group, architects Bennett Interior Design and contractors Overbury to produce one of London's most modern and exciting office spaces. The project is the winner of the 2010 London & South East Region BCO Award in the category "Best Corporate Workplace".
