As part of Grontmij’s ongoing development of the Middle East market, Roger Preston & Partners recently hosted a specialist technical seminar on Vertical Transportation. The event, held in Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain, was attended by over 50 professionals from local and international property, finance and construction firms.

The seminar focussed on ways to reduce cost whilst adding value through well-considered and intelligently designed lifting strategies. After the event, Adam Scott, divisional director of Roger Preston Dynamics the specialist vertical transportation division of Roger Preston & Partners, commented, “We are delighted to be able to bring our international experience in large and complex buildings to the Gulf region, particularly at this opportune time when many clients are re-examining projects and striving to drive additional value from them.”
