Two recently signed major prelets for Norton Rose and Lawrence
Graham bring forward Roger Preston & Partners’ significant
involvement in this prestigious development to the South of
Tower Bridge.

Norton
Rose have taken 31, 590m² in 3 More London Place,
a 45,500m² building over 10 floors, whilst Lawrence
Graham have signed for 11,610m² in 4 More London
Riverside, a 30,000m² building, again over 10 levels.
The Shell and Core designs for these two buildings by
Roger Preston & Partners follows on from our successful
completion of 1 More London Place, the 35,750m² Headquarters
building for Ernest & Young and 2 More London Place,
a multi tenanted 11,700m² building for which we have
also undertaken a full floor dedicated fit-out for Cargill
Investor Services.
Our final building on this site is the 225 room, 4 star
Hilton Hotel that will occupy 5 More London Place and
include leisure and conference facilities, brassiere,
coffee and wine bars. This project is undertaken on a
bespoke user basis and we have maintained the delicate
balance between investor value and operator needs.
The project in total has benefited for Roger Preston &
Partners’ drive for adding value and continual improvement.
Programme risk has been reduced and quality increased
by prefabricated roof top plant and significant modularisation
across all elements of the buildings.
