The sophisticated range of services included heated indoor swimming pools, variable air volume and fan coil cooling, under-floor heating, high specification security, CCTV and video entry systems.

In many rooms the lighting, audio-visual and room temperatures are controlled using touch-screen technology.

Category Five voice and data wiring support an audio entertainment system, including satellite, cable, analogue and digital TV.

The project drew upon Roger Preston & Partners' experience in successfully delivering high quality residential and hotel projects with sophisticated services usually found in office buildings. All systems have been tailored to provide simple user interfaces.
