Roger Preston & Partners provided full engineering services designs, including fire strategy, lift consultancy and security systems.

The project, which comprises lower ground, ground and 7 upper levels of high quality office accommodation totalling approximately 10,000m², was completed on time and within budget.

The building is already 50% let, with the Blackstone Group taking the top three floors and Caxton Assett Management occupying the third floor. Both fit-outs are under construction with occupation planned during the summer of this year. The rates achieved reflect the quality of the completed building and its prime central Mayfair location.

Roger Preston & Partners were appointed directly by the Blackstone Group to carry out their fit-out design. This allowed a seamless integration between the shell & core and bespoke fit-out design, which will meet the challenging programme deadlines.
