PADDINGTON CENTRAL PLANNING CONSENT GRANTED

Detailed planning consent has just been granted by Westminster Council for the next phase of office development at Development Securities' Paddington Central.

The proposed building will be located on the prominent northern side of the site alongside the A40. It has an area of approx 400,000 sq ft and the architect is Kohn Pedersen Fox.

Roger Preston & Partners are responsible for all aspects of building services design including vertical transportation and environmental control.
