Roger Preston & Partners, working with architects, Kohn Pederson Fox for The Mercers’ Company, undertook the building services aspects of the planning submission for this interesting development which includes offices, shops, light industrial, residential and cultural uses.

The block is bounded by, and includes, Mercers Street, Shelton Street, Langley Street and Longacre, the fine Longacre frontage being entirely retained. The development will create additional accommodation and new public space through a combination of refurbishment, retention and new build.
