County Hall is the former headquarters of the Greater London Council. This landmark building on the south side of the Thames adjacent to Westminster Bridge has been converted to two hotels with retail, restaurant and sports facilities.
Roger Preston & Partners was appointed to carry out full mechanical and electrical engineering services duties for both hotels. The company was also responsible for the concept design for the London Aquarium.
The sprinkler protection system meets the Marriott Hotel Group's particular requirements.
The Grade II listed building has been refurbished to the high standard expected of a large multinational hotel group.
