The Mistral is a low energy building set in a landscaped business park on the outskirts of Reading. The building overlooks a man-made lake. Roger Preston & Partners undertook the full M&E design and the design for a full Cat. A fit out for the owner / occupier

Ludwig Erhard Haus - Stock Exchange, Berlin

Size:	22,000m² / 236,720ft² net

This is a multi-function building for the Berlin Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK). The striking design for the building was inspired by the shape of an armadillo. The building provides 18,000m² (193,680ft²) of offices, conference rooms, the new Berlin Stock Exchange and a clubroom for Verein Berlkiner Kaufleute und Industrieller (VBKI), restaurants and parking. The total net lettable area is 22,000m².

Roger Preston & Partners was appointed for full duties for the shell and core and Cat. A+ fit out and lifts. Computer modelling was used extensively for the analysis of environmental control and for studies of the central atrium. Tenants were secured for this high quality development prior to the commencement of the structure.
