System modification, requiring capital expenditure but which provide cost benefit after an initial pay back period. In many instances enhanced capital allowances will be attainable to help meet the cost of these.
 
Our report will be clear and concise and will benchmark your building to industry standards. A Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment method (BREEAM) rating can also be included.
